Service Description
In the booking form please indicate the number of chickens that you wish to order. The address for pickup will be provided via email after booking is confirmed. Payment is required via cash or card at the time of collection. Please note! The allotted booking time is for a 1 hour duration. An appropriate cardboard box or crate is required for the collection and transport of your hens. If you cannot make this booking time please cancel prior to ensure the chickens are not distressed from being caught and prepared for your collection.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule can you please provide as much notice as possible. We are a small family business and will be working hard to get your hens ready for your collection time. If you can let us know at least 24hrs prior to your booking of any changes or cancellations that will be much appreciated. Please also bring appropriate containment for the hens during transport. Cluck and Go are not responsible for the hens when they leave our care.
